Rules

  • Children who complete the age of 3 years & 10 months as on 31st May are eligible for admission to L K G.
  • Children who complete the age of 5 years 10 months as on 31st May will be admitted to the 1st standard on regular admission basis.
  • Every Candidate must be introduced in person by the parent / guardian for the admission, who will be responsible for the regular study and attendance of the child and the conduct outside the school.
  • Admission is made by the parent / guardian by the duly filled-up prescribed application form along with xerox copy of the date of birth certificate.
  • Pupils coming from other schools shall produce Transfer Certificate in original.
  • People coming from the schools outside our state shall get their Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Block Education Officer concerned.

Fees Regulations

  • Fees of students can be paid in 2 installments. [L.K.G to X] ( 1st Installment during Admission or re-opening in June. - 2nd Installment before 30th November. )
  • Fees will be collected in the school office only. A receipt will be issued from the office.
  • Results of children who have not paid their fees, will be withheld until the fees are paid.

General rules

  • The School hours are 9:15 am to 4:00 pm.
  • The Pupils should reach the school before the second bell. And be prompt in taking part in the Assembly.
  • No child, suffering from any contagious or infectious diseases will be allowed to attend the class.
  • Parents/ Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline in their wards and inculcating the habits of hard work and systematic learning.
  • Parents/Guardians are advised to look into the pupils diary for any intimation from the school and also check their note books and see that their children do their home-task noted in them.
  • Parents, Guardians or Others are not allowed to see their children/wards or meet teachers during the school hours without the permission of the principal.
  • Reasonable complaints may be brought to the notice of authorities concerned.
  • Parents/Guardians are always welcome to the school to check the progress of their children/wards by avoiding hindrance to the regular working of the school.
